John the owner should keep a better watch on the door staff and what they are telling members,arrived Thursday asked for an hours massage the woman on the door said Nicci was not in so could not take money. I asked her to book book me an hours massage when she arrives this was at 12.00.The door lady told me I was booked at 14.30 and asked me to pay she also said Nicci only did 30 min massage after talking to Nicci what I was told by the door lady was rubbish, and I should have been booked in for an hour!!!John time to ensure the door staff know what they are doing and what they are saying is correct.
I have just had a lovely afternoon at Silverleighs .The place was fairly busy for a Tuesday .All the staff were very friendly and took time to show me around .I will be returning very soon and hope to make many new friends there
Small friendly Hotel with Pool, Sauna, Steam Room & 2 Spas. Great home cooked food. Rooms are spacious and clean. Mine has an exercise bike, Bullworker and dumb bells! Not that I am complaining. Just never encountered this before. Other guests are very friendly. Overall a relaxed, laid back, chill out atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.
I went to spa yesterday and u was impressed with the facilities but the only issue I had was with the steam room there is a small sign on there stating that u have to lift the door when going in or out which I missed and I was in there on my own and couldn't get the door open I nearly passed out and no one was about I had to scream at the top of my lungs for someone to come and rescue me. Luckily there was a gentleman who came to the rescue and got me out it was a very scary ordeal regardless whether there was a sign or not on a price of paper by the way so not exactly blatant if uiss the sign then basically your buggered anyway they appilogized and a lovely lady called Mel gave me a free massage which was lovely and I can't thank her enough very beautiful lady indeed a real diamond in the rough ;)
Had an amazing time, our room was beautiful and clean swimming pool ,hot tub, etc are very clean. Jackie and kirsty are lovely, very warm welcome,cant wait to go back .x
