Superior hotel at one of the entrances of brands hatch ra ce circuit.
This is a okay hotel. Some of the staff are nice very helpful. Room was okay but after a day in the cold when it had been snowing I was looking forward to a hot shower. The shower kept on going hot and cold to the point where I got out of the shower still cold and angry. The restaurant is okay a bit over priced. Food is average. Overall will not be returning.
Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options for the buffet but what was there was very well done not the usual rubbish you get elsewhere. I found dinner too very good. Didn't get to use the spa sadly but Will definitely visit again.
I attend a works Christmas party yesterday and found it to be the worse one that i have ever attended.Firstly.. my room had paint flaking from the bathroom ceiling onto the floor,the function hall was over crammed, you couldn't walk around the tables, we waited hours for the food and when that came it was a disappointment. Then to top it all they had employed Romanian security who kept interfering with the companies have the normal party fun, they didn't understand the British Christmas party culture. A total disgrace.
We had one day Spa and the experience was very nice. Staff are very friendly , the place looks very clean and maintained. Special Thank you to Emma from reception, who was very kind and helpful! I really recommend this place!
